For example, Sophos's Phish Threat tool is an easy-to-implement answer; it generates false emails for users, whose reactions are then analysed i.e. whether or not they open a corrupted attachment or suspicious link.

You must also ensure that only accredited personnel have access to certain data (through awarded authorisations), to identify sensitive data and to view user activity.
